To get the most out of the product, we strongly recommend using it for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you're still not satisfied after this period and you're within 60 days of your purchase, you’re eligible for a return.

Please note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To expedite your request, please include:

The Name and Email Address used at checkout

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item:

Include a clear photo of the damaged product

Important Notes:

Packaging damage alone (e.g. dented boxes) is not considered product damage

Damage from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse is not covered

If eligible, we will send a replacement free of charge

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

We aim to deliver orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for issues related to delays, lost packages, or delivery problems. RainShun is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
