At RainShun, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely, while keeping you informed every step of the way.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered "dispatched" once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary based on location and courier conditions:

United States: 4–7 Business Days

Canada: 4–7 Business Days

Please note: Transit delays and tracking update lags may occur during peak periods or due to customs inspections (for international shipments).

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Info

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If your address has an issue or is incomplete, we’ll reach out by email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, we may need to cancel your order.

Need to update your address?
Please email us at hello@rainshun.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the change, but updates are not guaranteed after this timeframe.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, delays can sometimes happen due to issues outside our control, including:

Carrier delays (weather, logistics issues, high volume)

Address verification or payment processing problems

Product availability or warehouse backlogs

We’ll notify you if anything causes a delay and keep you updated until your order is resolved. While RainShun is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties, we’ll always do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@rainshun.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

We also recommend filing a claim with the courier directly. Most carriers have a lost package process and may request your help to complete it.

Please note:

RainShun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases are not covered under our refund policy.

However, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, depending on the situation.

If necessary, we may also recommend filing a police report if theft is suspected.
